What can a whopping $1.5 million buy these days? For some, it can ensure their children’s colleges, it can purchase a new home or a car. But for others, it’s the price tag on a new luxury cruise.
The 124-day sailing of the Silversea Silver Whisper will costs guests $1.5 million. This was according to Six Star Cruises, that the UK company that organized this trip, is the “world’s most luxurious 124-day vacation.”
The trip begins when passengers are being picked up from their respective homes by helicopter, and, en route to a London airport. After taking in a luxury food, guests will jet to and from the U.S. in a private Boeing business jet while a Michelin-starred chef prepares a 10-course tasting menu. The guests then will be transferred by a Rolls Royce Phantom.
Inside the ship is a 1,000-square-foot Royal Suite, two marbled bathrooms, two bedrooms, separate dining area and bar and two verandas. This will serve as the guests’ home for four months.
