Puerto Rican singer, Ricky Martin, has sold his mansion in Miami for $10.6 million. Martin lowered the house’s value for almost half the original price.
Martin bought the house in 2005 for $10 million dollars. Three years after, it went on sale for $19.5 million dollars.
The house has an area of 1,000 m2 and has 7 bedrooms with sea views.
